Every country, Mango is the great fruit and everyone like mango. It's a very good fruit for all the country but you know that this fruit is seasonal. When the season comes that time it will be find. For that reason, in Bangladesh, its find or normally looks at May-Jun and July. In these 3 months, mangoes season and everyone can get a test of it. There are many kinds of mango available in Bangladesh.
But the soil and weather all are suitable for growing mango the place are Chapainababgonj, Nowbabgonj, Rajshahi, Dinajpur. In Bangladesh, there are different kinds of mango you can get. The are Fajli, Gopalbhug, Laskmanghug, Misribhug, Mahanbhug, Himsagor, Khirsapat, Khisangbhug, Lota bombai, Furiaya, Langda etc. In Bangladesh with this mango, many people here make jam, jelly, squash, chutney and pickle.
Now I am telling you how you can make green mango( any kind of Mango) Pickel. In Bangladesh its called Murabba. Just take green mango and clean that mango by water. Take a pan and some eating edible oil and that heat on gas cooker stove. And use spices zinger, onion and other whatever you like and mixed that on the gas stove till all mixed well and become cooler like some chocolate colour. After then you can eat and its called Green Mangoes murabba.
